Luk 11v13 – Answered prayer

Luk 11v13 – Answered prayer

We were visiting Etosha Game Reserve in Namibia. My daughter’s boyfriend had never seen a lion in the wild. I prayed to God that if it was his will, could he please lead us to see a lion. We were on our final day, heading toward the gate, and we still hadn’t seen any lions. And then we rounded a corner, and there was a pride of ten lions walking beside the road. We were so excited. Watching these majestic animals is an incredible experience. Because they were active, we enjoyed them for over 20 minutes. God had answered “yes” to my prayer. Yet, while God won’t always answer yes to our requests, there is an Infinitely more important and life-changing request he will always answer “yes” to. “If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!” (Luke 11:13). God wants to give His Holy Spirit to those who ask him. God’s Holy Spirit is the ultimate gift of God’s love, joy, peace, and wisdom in every moment of your life. It’s the gift of His Holy presence directing every detail of your life. This is a “yes” God will answer to all who ask him. If you need God’s living guidance and presence in your life, ask him, and experience a life of absolute awe. Open Bible – http://bit.ly/luk11v13, http://bit.ly/READMore_ (Nicky B).
