Phi 2:14 – Don’t Complain

“Do everything without grumbling or arguing” (Philippians 2:14). These must be the most ignored words by everyone, Christians included. We live in an age where complaints define our society. It’s not just the complaints about the “big” things – crime, politics, inflation…but the everyday things, the smallest of things – the simple chore, the inconvenient wait, the inconsiderate driver. God warns us that He is coming to judge the ungodly. But the shock is that he defines the ungodly as “These people are grumblers” (Jude 1:16).  We are called on to do everything without grumbling – not just the things we enjoy. Let’s replace complaints with compliments and problems with praise. If the ungodly are recognized by complaints then the Godly are recognized by praise. How will you be recognised today?
