What is it the Lord has done this very day? To start with He has given you life. He has given you another day to hear Him. But it is more than this, as we read in the verses before. “The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone; the LORD has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes.” (Psalms 118:22-23). This is a verse about Jesus – the one who was rejected by mankind, but who God made the pivotal stone of His plan – the stone around which all others align. And the exciting part is we are those other stones – the stones He has selected to complete His great work. He is building with you, this very day – let’s rejoice today and be glad.
